CONTROLS AND ELECTRICAL MACHINES LABORATORY

This lab provides Quanser laboratory equipment for students to learn to design, implement, and evaluate various control systems. In one experiment for example, students are challenged to design a magnetic levitation control system to levitate a 1” steel ball to a desired trajectory and position. The principles learned in this series of experiments apply to many control applications.
