Short Bio

I am a tenure-track assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Central Florida, where I direct the Real-Time Intelligent Systems Lab. I am also a joint faculty with the Department of Computer Science, and I can advise CpE, CS, or EE Ph. D. student. I have about 15 years of research experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, and about 8 years of research experience in real-time and embedded systems. I am a senior member of IEEE and a member of ACM.
