Our work aims to address the global energy crisis and combat climate change by developing innovative, high-performance power electronic systems that leverage advanced semiconductor technologies, control strategies, and optimization techniques.

Our research spans a wide range of applications, including transportation electrification, grid-connected renewable energy, energy storage, high-performance computing, aerospace, space, and defense. Our long-term academic goal is to conduct both fundamental and use-inspired research to innovate and optimize power electronic systems for superior efficiency, reliability, power density, and intelligent control, enabling next-generation sustainable energy and electrification solutions.
