An example of a circuit diagram is shown in Figure 1. All groups are required to complete the following tasks by the end of a lab session.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Circuit Simulation<\/li>\n<ol style=\"list-style: upper-alpha;\">\n<li>Determine the Thevenin\/Norton equivalent circuit of the given circuit using a circuit simulator.<\/li>\n<li>Determine the Thevenin resistance of the given circuit using <strong> TWO <\/strong> different approaches.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<li>Hands-on Experiment<\/li>\n<ol style=\"list-style: upper-alpha;\">\n<li>Determine the Thevenin\/Norton equivalent circuit of the given circuit using the available equipment in the laboratory.<\/li>\n<li>Determine the Thevenin resistance of the given circuit using <strong> TWO <\/strong> different approaches.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<li>Demonstrate both simulation and experimental results on the spot to your UTA.
