Justin is a Computer Engineering student who enjoys working on both software and hardware design projects. He became interested in neuromorphic computing while assisting with research at UCF’s Computer Architecture Laboratory under Dr. Ronald DeMara.

As a member of UCF’s first F1Tenth autonomous racing competition team, he specialized in writing the autonomous control algorithms used by the team’s race vehicle. He has also served as an undergraduate teaching assistant for Intro to C and Computer Science I classes in UCF’s Department of Computer Science.

Justin currently works as a software engineering intern at Powerteq LLC’s Sanford, Florida, location, where he plans to become a full-time software engineer after graduating in May 2020.
