The Project:

ACE-Com was created by the Group 8 members of the Summer 2012 Senior Design II class.
The project is a 2-way communication device with a built-in GPS and display. The system can send and receive audio and GPS information from any ACE-Com system. The project was built to test the capabilities of a local engineering company, nScrypt, that specializes in an area of additive manufacturing. They were looking to build the world's first 3D printed antenna and transceiver. Group 8's involvement was a stepping stone in the developement of this technology.

The Support:

Group 8 members would like to thank Mike Newton, Director of Strategic Technology at nScrypt, for all of his support and help on this project. Mike can be reached at mnewton@nscrypt.com
