Project Description

OUC is seeking a proof-of-concept design capable of recognizing when an area is flooded and purposely opening a primary circuit.

This system concept should include a device housed inside of a pad-mounted transformer capable of recognizing a flood, wireless transmission to an external switch, and provision for opening the circuit.

Resetting of the circuit would happen manually, following an in-person inspection of the site.
