About KnightCop

Group 11's Senior Design project - KnightCop - is a wireless robot that can be controlled by a PC or Android app. It is intended for use by Law Enforcement in scenarios where risk to human life is too high. Its purpose is to act as a dispensable scout while retaining all the functionality an operator might need in a hazardous environment

Some essential features included in our prototype are:

• Works over WPA2 Wi-Fi
• PC and Android apps for control
• Video Feedback
• Pan/Tilt Camera
• Temperature and Light sensors
• Ultrasonic sensors to assist in navigation
• Manipulator arm to interact with objects

The team consists of Elean Atencio (CpE) and Nitin Kundra (CpE)
