Gerardo Caicedo
Gerardo E. Caicedo, an undergraduate Electrical Engineering major, with a minor in mathematics and physics, concentrating in power generation systems and interested in electric machinery. Active member, of (SHPE) Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, and (COLSA) Colombian Student Association. Former Olympiad at the Statewide College Mathematics Olympics. Worked as a Math and Physics tutor for the upper level college courses both at the Indian River State College and most recently at the University of Central Florida. Enrolled in the SUPERB CSIS program in engineering research at UC Berkeley as of the summer of 2010.
Josey Nieto
Josey Nieto is an Electrical Engineering undergraduate student whose studies concentrate in Power Systems. She has previously worked at Exelon, one of the leading producers of nuclear energy in the U.S. and is an active member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Currently, she serves as the Vice-Chair for the University of Central Florida’s chapter of IEEE, for whom she coordinates the technical and professional strategy for the society.
Kaiyune Wu
Kaiyune Wu is an undergraduate student in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, majoring in Electrical Engineering. He is interested in the Power Electronics, Analog Electronics, Optics, and Solar Electronics fields. He will be graduating Spring 2010.
