Our motivation for this project was to provide a proof of concept that glucose levels could be measured in an inexpensive, quantitative, and novel way. By showing an alternate viable method to measuring glucose then more attention can be geared towards developing an FDA approved method of non-invasive glucose detection. This device can have the potential to leave a positive impact on people who suffer from diabetes.
