Introducing the JUMP box!
The JUMP box is a simple and elegant twist on an old classic. This project aims to make a Jukebox Updated for Modern Play, the JUMP box for short. The goal: to play songs from a variety of 12" vinyl records automatically. The user will be able to enter songs into the queue either directly or from an app. The JUMP box will then select the correct record from storage, place it on the turntable on the correct side, and then begin playing music.

Currently, we have four amazing members of UCF Faculty and Staff assisting our team. We have our Project Advisor Dr. Lei Wei as well as three Committee Members. These members include Dr. Wei Sun, Dr. Mohsen Rakhshan, and Mr. Don Harper.

Divide and Conquer (Initial)
This is our first Divide and Conquer Document. It covers the basics of our project proposal, including the core concepts, goals, and expectations. The revised version is available and should be referred to for current use.
Divide and Conquer (Revised)
This is the first revision of our initial Divide and Conquer Document. It has been updated to reflect a change in priorities, where the vinyl player is no longer expected to be custom-built. Additional changes were made according to Dr. Lei Wei's feedback.
